Parking

Ample parking is available directly in font of the salon. I am located in the My Salon Suite building in Homestead Plaza.  

Working from the salon

Work from home/work from the salon. Free Wifi is available for guests needing to work during their appointment

Kids, Fur Babies, and Additional Guests

As much as I love hearing about all your littles, please leave them at home so we can focus on you and your hair. I want to ensure every client has a peaceful and relaxing experience. Service animals welcome.

Cancellation Policy

I truly value my time with you and appreciate your respect for my schedule. Citrine Studio respectfully requires 48 HOURS notice prior to the start of your appointment to reschedule, change, or cancel your appointment.

A cancellation or request to reschedule made less then 48 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 50% of the booked services.

This applies to missed appointments due to travel delays, illness, or last minute emergencies

No shows will incur a fee of 100% of the booked services

A credit card on file is required for first time guests to reserve an appointment

Late Arrivals

I understand that things may happen outside of your control to make you late to your appointment. I am committed to doing everything I can to accommodate you. However, If you are running more than 15 minutes late and I cannot accommodate your full appointment, the same cancellation fee will be charged.

Repeat Late Arrivals, Reschedules, and No-shows

Citrine Studio reserves the right to turn away guests with repeat late arrivals, cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows, or may require upfront payment for future bookings in order to respect stylists time and schedule.

Service Guarantees

My first priority is for you to love your hair. If you feel you hair requires any modifications from your original service, please contact me within 24 hours of your service, as I do not offer refunds, I will work with you to ensure your satisfaction of the services rendered.
